Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of ERP implementation experience, including at least 3 end-to-end D365 F&O deployments.
• Strong functional knowledge of Finance modules; PMA experience is a plus.
• Hands-on UAT management, defect tracking and testing methodologies.
• Experience with data migration, integrations, reporting, and security concepts in D365 F&O.
• Analytical, problem-solving, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics implementation methodologies such as Success by Design and FastTrack.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications will be highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead business process discovery workshops and gather detailed requirements.
• Perform Fit/Gap analyses and recommend standard D365 F&O capabilities.
• Prepare FDDs, process flows, user stories, and solution docs.
• Configure D365 F&O modules and support end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with technical consultants on customizations, integrations, reporting, and data migration.
• Prepare test scripts, coordinate SIT/UAT, manage defects, and support sign-off.
• Support data migration activities including mapping, validation, reconciliation.
• Deliver user training and training materials; conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
• Provide go-live, hypercare, and post-go-live support to business users.
• Participate in project planning, status reporting, risk identification, and stakeholder communications.
