Job summary

Telenor Shared Services Pakistan is seeking a Senior Expert – Coupa DevOps to administer, configure and operate the Coupa platform, aligning with best practices and business requirements. You will work with stakeholders, technical teams and other platform squads to ensure stability and continuous evolution of the S2P cloud-based solution.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT/CS and/or Finance-related certifications.
• Experience with ERP/procurement tech, S2P solutions and Coupa preferred.
• 7+ years in Coupa administration, design, config, testing, change management and end-user training.
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI and automation in procurement contexts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the Coupa platform, ensuring stability and data quality.
• Manage Coupa users, roles, permissions, and access.
• Perform master data maintenance across Coupa areas.
• Coordinate incident management, testing, releases and improvements.
• Provide analytics and operational insights for platform monitoring and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and improvements.
