Zones IT Solutions in Islamabad seeks a Senior Cloud Technical Specialist to deliver advanced technical and licensing support for Microsoft cloud solutions, focusing on 365, Entra ID, and Azure. You will be a trusted advisor to partners and customers, providing expert troubleshooting and guidance.
The role requires strong expertise in identity management, cloud infrastructure administration, and licensing programs, with a commitment to staying current and adapting to rotating shifts.
Qualifications
- 4–5 years of technical support for Microsoft and cloud identities.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID.
- Experience with CSP licensing models.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical and licensing support for Microsoft cloud solutions with focus on 365, Entra ID, and Azure.
- Troubleshoot identity and access management issues (SSO, MFA, provisioning, directory sync).
- Manage Azure environments including subscriptions, VMs, networking, and monitoring.
- Serve as primary contact for technical and licensing inquiries related to Microsoft 365/Azure/CSP.
- Ensure timely resolution of support requests and meet SLAs.
- Guide and train new staff and collaborate with partners to resolve complex challenges.
