Job summary

Zones, LLC is seeking a Senior Cloud Technical Specialist in Islamabad, Pakistan. This role focuses on delivering advanced technical and licensing support for Microsoft cloud solutions, with emphasis on Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure services.

The candidate will act as a trusted advisor to partners and customers, resolving incidents and guiding cloud operations. The ideal candidate has strong identity management and cloud infrastructure skills, plus Microsoft licensing experience and ability

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure infrastructure and cloud identity solutions.
Experience with Microsoft licensing models and CSP programs is preferred.
Experience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, authentication and end-user productivity services.

Responsibilities

Deliver technical and licensing support for Microsoft cloud solutions with focus on 365, Entra ID and Azure.
Troubleshoot identity, SSO, MFA, user provisioning and directory synchronization issues.
Manage Azure environments including subscription, VMs, networking and monitoring.
Serve as primary contact for Microsoft 365, Azure and CSP inquiries.
Ensure timely resolution of support requests while meeting SLAs.
Guide new staff and provide senior-level advice.
