Zones, LLC is seeking a Manager Pakistan Cloud Solution Provider to lead the CSP technical support team from Islamabad. You will oversee onboarding, subscription management, and timely incident resolution for CSP customers, coordinating with Microsoft Premier Support and Sales to ensure smooth customer experiences.

The role requires 9–10 years in cloud identity support, strong communication, and a certification in Microsoft 365 and Azure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9-10 years of experience in technical support for Microsoft and cloud identities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of cloud solutions and subscription management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in managing a technical support team and 24/7 shift schedules.
• Certified in Microsoft 365 and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical support team for CSP customers with high-quality service.
• Oversee subscription management in Zones Cloud ensuring subscriptions are up-to-date.
• Lead onboarding for new CSP customers for smooth setup.
• Manage incidents in ServiceNow and coordinate with Microsoft Premier Support as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales for pre/post-onboarding technical support.
