Job summary

Zones, LLC is seeking a senior Manager Pakistan Cloud Solution Provider to lead the CSP technical support team, manage subscriptions, and oversee onboarding and escalations. You will collaborate with Sales, ensure 24/7 coverage, and drive high customer satisfaction.

The role requires 9–10 years in Microsoft/cloud Identities, strong communication, and Azure/M365 certification, with 24/7 shift management experience expected.

Qualifications

• 9–10 years of experience in technical support for Microsoft and cloud Identities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing a technical support team and 24/7 shift schedules.
• Certified in Microsoft 365 and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical support team for CSP customers.
• Oversee subscription management for Zones Cloud.
• Lead onboarding for new CSP customers and ensure smooth setup.
• Handle incidents and escalations via ServiceNow and partner channels.
• Coordinate with Sales for pre/post-onboarding steps and technical guidance.
• Monitor SLAs to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Provide training for new hires on internal processes and CSP support.
