Zones is seeking a Senior Cloud Technical Specialist to deliver advanced technical and licensing support for Microsoft cloud solutions, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure services. The role acts as a trusted advisor, troubleshooting incidents and guiding customers and partners to optimal cloud performance.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in technical support for Microsoft and cloud identities.
• Strong knowledge of licensing models, CSP programs, subscriptions, and cloud consumption billing.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to guide new staff on the team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical and licensing support for Microsoft cloud solutions, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
• Provide expert support for Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, Entra ID).
• Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access management issues (authentication, SSO, MFA, provisioning, dir synchronization).
• Manage Azure environments, including subscriptions, VMs, networks, VPNs, and monitoring.
• Serve as primary contact for technical and licensing inquiries related to Microsoft 365, Azure, CSP offerings.
