Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor chiller systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of refrigeration systems and HVAC equipment.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance on chillers and auxiliary equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and calibration.
• Read and interpret engineering schematics and DDC control system interfaces to diagnose problems.
• Adhere to safety procedures during operation, maintenance and repair activities.
• Maintain detailed records of operational activities, maintenance performed, and parts used.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to address operational challenges and facility goals.
