Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in utility maintenance or facility operations.
• Experience with HVAC, boilers, chillers, and water treatment.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments.
• Strong documentation and data integrity skills.
• Good communication and collaboration across teams.
• Familiarity with EHS standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of utility systems (HVAC, boilers, chillers, water treatment).
• Ensure timely maintenance and repair to support safe site operations.
• Manage spare parts availability and maintain maintenance records.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure health and safety compliance.
• Support sustainability efforts in water and energy conservation.
• Participate in risk assessments, inspections, and improvements in utilities management.
