Job summary

GSK Karachi is seeking a Utilities Officer to lead maintenance of HVAC, boilers, chillers, cooling towers and water treatment plants. You will work with engineering, operations and contractors to ensure safe, compliant and reliable utility services on site.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in utility maintenance or facilities, with strong MS Office skills, good documentation, and a hands-on, collaborative approach to improve energy and water stewardship while complying with EHS and GxP standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in utility maintenance or facility operations.
• Practical knowledge of HVAC, boilers, chillers, and water treatment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of utility systems (HVAC, boilers, chillers, water treatment).
• Ensure timely maintenance and repair to support safe site operations.
• Maintain spare parts availability and documentation.
