Job summary

Islamabad Club is seeking an HVAC Supervisor with 5–8 years of relevant experience to oversee the operation and maintenance of absorption chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and split AC systems.

You will supervise technicians, ensure safe and reliable operations, implement preventive maintenance, and aim to optimize energy efficiency while minimizing downtime.

Qualifications

• 05-08 years of relevant experience in HVAC operation and maintenance.
• Experience preferably in a club, hotel, commercial building or large facility.
• HVAC supervision experience of technicians.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC technicians and oversee operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of absorption chillers, AHUs, FCUs and split air-conditioning systems.
• Ensure safe and reliable HVAC operations and implement preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Optimize system performance and energy efficiency, minimizing equipment downtime.

Job description

Minimum 05-08 years of relevant experience in HVAC operation and maintenance, preferably in a club, hotel, commercial building or large facility.
