Job summary

Motive is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist in PK to own accurate and timely billing operations. You will escalate and resolve billing discrepancies across quote-to-cash, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure complete, documented adjustments.

The role combines day-to-day billing execution with controls, reconciliation, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Requires attention to detail and strong communication across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field is mandatory
• 2–3+ years experience in billing, payments, accounts receivable or finance operations
• Hands-on experience with enterprise billing, invoicing, refunds, chargebacks, or similar high-volume Ops
• Strong understanding of billing operations, payment flows, refunds, and cash reconciliation
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, and ERP systems like Zuora/Salesforce preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing status and full cycle, ensure accurate invoicing
• Create Vendor Finance funding invoices and resolve tax issues
• Support Enterprise billing by reviewing contracts and pricing
• Manage card and ACH chargebacks end-to-end
• Handle cancellations, refunds, credits, write-offs per policy
• Perform billing audits, GL tie-outs, month-end close
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Tax, and Operations to improve processes
