Job summary

Prime System Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Agreement & Billing Specialist in Lahore with 3–5 years of experience in contract administration and billing operations. You will review contracts, MSAs, and SOWs, configure agreements in ConnectWise Manage, and ensure accurate reflection of pricing, terms, and service coverage.

Familiarity with NetSuite and Pax8/Microsoft CSP is a plus. You will collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Service Delivery, and Finance to ensure alignment with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business/finance.
• 3+ years in contract administration, billing operations, or finance (MSP/IT services preferred).
• Hands-on with ConnectWise Manage (agreements, billing cycles, invoicing).
• Strong ability to interpret contracts, MSAs, and SOWs into system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and renewals to identify services, pricing, quantities, and billing terms.
• Set up and maintain customer agreements, billing cycles, and renewal settings in ConnectWise Manage.
• Ensure configurations reflect executed contracts, including pricing and service coverage.
• Coordinate with Sales, PM, Service Delivery, and Finance to align project work with contracts.
• Identify out-of-scope work and obtain approved change orders before proceeding.
