Job summary

Motive, a leader in fleet technology, seeks a Senior Billing Specialist in Lahore to own end-to-end billing across the quote-to-cash cycle. You will investigate discrepancies, validate complex enterprise contracts, and ensure timely invoicing while upholding SOX-compliant controls.

Collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Operations is essential in a high-volume environment. Experience in ERP/billing systems and Excel is required; exposure to Zuora or Salesforce is preferred.

Qualifications

• Billing experience in high-volume environments.
• Ability to validate complex enterprise contracts and pricing terms.
• Experience ensuring SOX-compliant controls and audit trails.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete billing status for standard and strategic accounts.
• Review enterprise contracts and coordinate custom billing schedules.
• Generate and manage vendor finance funding invoices and chargebacks.
• Handle adjustments, refunds, write-offs, and held-to-contract fees per policy.
• Support month-end close and maintain data integrity across teams.
