Job summary

PU Prime, a leading global CFD broker, is seeking a Senior BDM / Team Leader to drive growth in Pakistan. The role requires managing a high-performing team, expanding the IB and client network, and delivering strong sales performance.

You will recruit, onboard, train, and develop BDMs, IBs, and strategic partners, set KPIs, and report on progress while collaborating with Marketing and Senior Management to execute growth strategies. Fluency in English and Urdu is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Team Leadership within the Forex & CFD industry.
• Proven experience leading and managing a BDM/Sales team.
• Must have an existing team in Pakistan and be ready to bring, manage, and develop the team.
• Established IB network and active client portfolio in the Pakistani market. Ability to provide the last 3 months business performance records.
• Strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, MT4/MT5, CRM, and IB partnership models.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of the Pakistani Forex & CFD market.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused.
• Fluent in English and Urdu.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Business Development Managers.
• Bring an existing sales team, active IB network, and client portfolio.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop BDMs, IBs, Affiliates, and strategic partners.
• Set team KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure monthly targets are achieved.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IBs, Affiliates, and high-value clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand PU Prime's presence in Pakistan.
• Provide regular team performance reports and business updates.
• Work closely with Marketing and Senior Management to execute growth strategies.
