DB Investing is seeking a Country Manager to launch and grow its business in Pakistan. You will leverage your IB network and lead a local sales and partner team to drive client acquisition, deposits and revenue.

You'll own the Pakistan P&L, build a local go-to-market plan with seminars, events and digital campaigns, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Fluent English is required, Urdu is a plus, and prior leadership in forex/CFD is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the forex/CFD brokerage industry.
• 3+ years in country manager/regional manager or senior partnership/IB role.
• Existing portfolio of IBs and Master IBs in Pakistan or strong local network.
• Proven ability to build and lead a local team quickly.
• Deep knowledge of the Pakistan trading market and regulatory environment.
• Fluent English; local language is a plus.

About The Role

We’re hiring a Country Manager to launch and grow DB Financial’s business in Pakistan. You’ll bring your own network of IBs and Master IBs, build a local sales and partner team fast, and own revenue, client acquisition and partner growth in the country. We’ll start with you first, then grow the local team around you.

What you’ll do

• Own the Pakistan P&L: client acquisition, deposits, trading volume and revenue targets.
• Onboard and grow your existing IB and Master IB network, and recruit new introducing partners.
• Hire, lead and develop a local team of sales, partner managers and support.
• Build the local go-to-market plan: seminars, events, digital campaigns and partner promotions.
• Work with compliance so all activity follows local rules and DB’s policies.
• Report weekly on pipeline, partner performance and funded clients.

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years in the forex / CFD brokerage industry, with at least 3 years in a country manager, regional manager or senior partnership/IB role (a must).
• An existing, active portfolio of IBs and Master IBs in Pakistan.
• A track record of bringing measurable volume or funded clients to a broker.
• Proven ability to build and lead a local team quickly.
• Deep knowledge of the Pakistan trading market and its regulations.
• Fluent English. The local language is a strong plus.
