Job summary

Opperate in Karachi, Pakistan (remote-friendly) is seeking an experienced Senior SDR/Team Lead to drive outbound sales efforts and coach a growing team. You will mentor SDRs/BDRs, conduct call reviews, and help shape messaging while achieving pipeline targets and maintaining CRM discipline.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance tracking, and collaboration with US-based prospects, with a strong focus on consistent meeting generation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably SaaS or outbound
• Proven success in cold calling, prospecting, and generating qualified meetings
• Mentoring or leading sales professionals
• Strong spoken and written English with US-based prospects
• Understanding of KPIs, pipeline generation, and CRM tools
• Ability to balance personal targets with coaching responsibilities
• Willingness to work US business hours

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and follow-ups
• Generate qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities while meeting individual performance targets
• Demonstrate effective prospecting, qualification, and objection-handling techniques
• Coach SDRs and BDRs on prospecting, communication, objection handling, and qualification
• Conduct call reviews, role-playing sessions, and regular feedback discussions
• Support new-hire onboarding, training, and ongoing development
• Lead by example and share successful sales strategies with the team
• Monitor KPIs, including outreach activity, meetings booked, conversion rates, and pipeline generation
• Identify performance gaps and work with team members to improve results
• Maintain CRM records and communicate performance updates to managers
• Recommend improvements to outreach strategies, messaging, and processes
