Those in IT operations support at PwC will focus on providing technical assistance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functioning of IT systems and non-cloud-based infrastructure. Your role will focus on providing L1 and possibly L2 support.

Responsibilities

- Monitoring network performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing security measures.

- Providing L1 and possibly L2 support for non-cloud based infrastructure.

- Managing virtualized and SAN environments, including VMware and Azure Platform.

- Incident, problem and change management, disaster recovery implementation and testing, and management of MDM solution.

Basic Qualifications
