Job summary

Charm Connect in Faisalabad, Pakistan seeks a highly skilled Senior Architect to lead architectural design and construction projects from concept to completion. You will manage design teams, develop plans and timelines, produce detailed drawings, and ensure quality and compliance on residential and commercial ventures.

We expect a minimum of 5 years in a senior or managerial role with strong AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architect in a senior or managerial role.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar design software.
Excellent project management and multitasking abilities with ability to meet tight deadlines.
Experience on residential or commercial projects preferred.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the entire architectural design process from conception to completion.
Develop project plans budgets and timelines.
Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
Collaborate with engineers contractors and clients to ensure project success.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans and quality standards.
Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on complex projects.
