Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Faisalabad As a Senior Architect you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects You will work closely with clients contractors and other team members to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time

Responsibilities

• Lead project design and development from concept to completion
• Develop detailed plans blueprints and 3D models using computer-aided design software
• Create project proposals budgets and timelines
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
• Work closely with contractors to ensure adherence to design plans and specifications
• Mentor and supervise junior architects and designers
• Stay updated on industry trends materials and technology advancements

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and construction
• Proficient in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp or other 3D modeling software

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position
