Job summary

ForceShield in Faisalabad is seeking a Senior Commercial Architect to lead the design of commercial buildings, ensure adherence to local codes, and coordinate with clients and contractors to deliver projects on time.

The role requires a degree in Architecture, 5+ years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD (BIM a plus), strong communication and project management skills, and the ability to oversee budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a commercial architect in Faisalabad or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes regulations and construction methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software; BIM is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to liaise with clients at all levels.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Job description

As a Senior Commercial Architect you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of commercial building projects in Faisalabad. You will be responsible for overseeing the design process ensuring adherence to local building regulations and codes and collaborating with clients and other stakeholders to deliver successful projects.

• Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
• Collaborate with clients contractors engineers and other professionals to ensure project requirements are met
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
• Manage project budgets schedules and resources effectively

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position. This is a full-time role with regular working hours from Monday to Friday.
