Job summary

Charm Connect in Faisalabad, Pakistan seeks a highly skilled Senior Architect to lead architectural design and construction projects from concept to completion. You will manage design teams, develop plans and timelines, produce detailed drawings, and ensure quality and compliance on residential and commercial ventures.

We expect a minimum of 5 years in a senior or managerial role with strong AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architect in a senior or managerial role.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar design software.
• Excellent project management and multitasking abilities with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience on residential or commercial projects preferred.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Stay updated on industry trends regulations and advancements in technology

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architect in a senior or managerial role
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp or other design software programs
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
