Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect, preferably in commercial or residential projects.
Strong knowledge of CAD software and related tools.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication with clients, contractors and professionals.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budgets and timelines.
Develop architectural plans and designs using CAD software.
Oversee the construction process to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
Manage a team of architects and other professionals involved in the project.
Review and approve contractor bids and proposals.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address issues.
