Job summary

PrimeForge Manufacturing in Faisalabad is seeking a Senior Architect to oversee the design and construction of building projects, ensuring high quality and functionality. You will work with clients, contractors and team members to create innovative architectural solutions.

Responsibilities include leading design from concept to completion, presenting proposals, preparing drawings and specifications, coordinating with engineers and overseeing on-site construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficient in CAD software and other relevant computer programs.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and construction methods.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept development to project completion.
• Develop and present design proposals to clients for approval.
• Prepare detailed drawings, models, and specifications using CAD software.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors and other professionals to ensure technical feasibility of designs.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate new techniques into designs.
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects.
