As a Senior Architect you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to take on leadership roles and contribute to the growth and success of our firm.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage architectural projects from start to finish
• Develop project proposals, budget estimates and timelines
• Collaborate with clients, engineers and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control
• Mentor and supervise junior architects and staff members
• Provide guidance and support during the design process
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and other legal requirements
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations and safety standards
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
• Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing projects from conception to completion

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this full‑time position.

Location: This position is based in Faisalabad, Pakistan. However, candidates from other cities are also welcome to apply.
