Job summary

Emirates is seeking a Senior Airport Services Agent in Karachi to deliver premium passenger services across check-in, boarding and baggage handling. You\'ll support operational teams, coordinate with ground handlers and ensure compliance with safety and service standards.

The role requires experience in check-in systems, passenger handling processes and strong English and local language communication. On-site responsibilities include supervising staff and supporting rosters and queries.

Qualifications

• O\' Level or equivalent and recognised professional training in Passenger Services and Handling.
• Minimum of three years\' airline industry experience, especially in an outstation environment.
• Good understanding of Departure Control Systems (DCS) and Computerised Reservation Systems (CRS).
• Strong customer service and communication skills; fluency in English and the local language; proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality passenger service across check-in, boarding and baggage handling in line with service standards.
• Support boarding activities, manage premium passenger priorities and assist with disruptions and delays to ensure on-time departures.
• Coordinate with ground handling and service providers; supervise and guide team members as required.
• Conduct travel document checks, perform pre- and post-flight administrative tasks and maintain records and invoicing where needed.
• Assist with resource planning, roster preparation and onboarding of new team members.
• Provide frontline support during capacity shortages and contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery.
