Job summary

Mashreq Bank in Pakistan seeks a seasoned professional to manage activation workflow after account creation, coordinating with Compliance and Operations to reduce backlog and turnaround time while improving the customer experience in account opening and activation.

The role focuses on owning downstream onboarding, collaborating with operations and compliance to drive efficiencies, scaling omni-channel communications and monitoring activation metrics like backlog, STP and activation rates.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or related field with 8+ years experience.
• Experience in banking/financial industry focusing on customer acquisition, strategy, design, implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end downstream onboarding journey including account fulfillment, activation and funding.
• Partner with operations, compliance and other stakeholders to drive operational efficiencies and reduce activation TAT.
• Drive omnichannel customer communications to reach customers for pending docs and information.
• Manage stationery inventory and monitor activation rates and backlog.
• Work with Operations/Compliance to process cases and reduce backlogs.
• Engage and influence senior management and major stakeholders for buy-in on key initiatives.
