Job summary

Mashreq Bank PSC in Pakistan is seeking an experienced Marketing and Onboarding Specialist to own the end-to-end downstream onboarding journey, including account activation and funding. You will coordinate with Compliance & Operations to reduce backlog and TAT, and strive to improve the customer experience in account opening.

The role partners with operations, compliance and senior stakeholders to drive efficiencies, manage communications across omni-channel channels, and monitor activation

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or related field with 8+ years experience.
• Experience in banking/financial industry with focus on customer acquisition, strategy, design, implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own the end to end downstream onboarding journey including account fulfillment, activation and funding.
• Partner with operations, compliance to drive operational efficiencies and reduce activation TAT/bakclog.
• Drive customer communications with omni-channel approach to reach customers for additional information (pending docs, info).
• Manage stationery inventory and closely track activation rates, STP%, activation backlog, etc.
• Work with Operations/compliance to process cases and reduce backlogs.
• Engage and influence senior management and major stakeholders for buy-in and support on key initiatives.
