Job summary

Mashreq in Karachi is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the downstream onboarding journey, including account activation and funding. You will coordinate with Compliance and Operations to improve processes and reduce backlog while enhancing the customer experience in account opening.

The role requires 8+ years in marketing within banking/financial services, with proven skills in strategy, design and implementation, and strong stakeholder management to drive enterprise

Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing experience in the banking/financial sector.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in customer acquisition, strategy, design and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding journey including account activation and funding.
• Coordinate with Compliance & Operations to reduce backlog and TAT.
• Drive multi-channel customer communications for activation dependencies.
• Monitor activation rates and backlog; report to senior management.
