Mashreq in Karachi, Pakistan, seeks an experienced professional to oversee the end-to-end onboarding of retail products, including Personal Loans and Cards processing from application to disbursal. The role requires ensuring policy compliance, risk controls, and timely MIS reporting to stake holders.

You will manage a team, drive process improvements, and coordinate with Risk, Onshore/Offshore units to meet service levels and accuracy targets in a centralized operation environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 5+ years in retail onboarding environment.
• Sound knowledge of credit policies and CPV procedures.
• Ability to supervise teams and manage risk controls.

Responsabilités

• Manage e2e onboarding process of retail products.
• Direct and control Personal Loans and Cards processing end to end.
• Ensure SLA/TAT compliance and timely reporting.
• Review cases for policy criteria and risk factors.
• Coordinate with risk, offshore/onshore teams and stakeholders.
