Mashreqbank PSC is seeking a senior professional to manage activation workflow after account creation and drive end-to-end onboarding. You will coordinate with Compliance & Operations to reduce backlog and improve activation TAT, while enhancing customer experiences during account opening and activation.

You will partner with operations and compliance to push for efficiency, drive omni-channel communications, and monitor activation metrics.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in marketing or related field within banking/financial services.
• Experience in customer acquisition, strategy, design and implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end to end downstream onboarding journey including account fulfillment, activation and funding.
• Partner with operations and compliance to drive operational efficiencies and reduce TAT.
• Drive customer communications with omni-channel approach for customer dependencies.
• Manage stationery inventory and track activation rates, STP, and backlog.
• Engage senior management and stakeholders for buy-in on key initiatives.
