Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and store security directives.
• Manage security against shoplifting, theft, pilferage, fraud and vandalism.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify concerns and solutions.
• Keep RM Security and Store Manager informed of incidents affecting corporate interests.
• Oversee deployment, rosters, shifts, and attendance of third-party security staff.
• Identify SOP gaps and propose remedial or corrective actions.
