Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize deliveries to customers in the right quantity and according to specifications.
• Visit the market twice a week to ensure SOP compliance and obtain direct customer feedback.
• Lead hands-on, timely, and efficient deliveries with satisfactory customer service.
• Verify daily fuel costs and transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure productivity of delivery vans.
• Handle and coordinate customer complaints regarding delivery issues.
• Promote own-brand products and sales.
• Coach and train team members on concepts, technology, and functionality.
• Monitor team performance to identify gaps between expected and actual productivity.
• Review and approve operational activities of team members (Pickers, Loaders, Delivery Boys).
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and organize deliveries to customers/clients in the right quantity and according to the required specifications.
• Visit the market twice a week to ensure compliance with SOPs and obtain direct customer feedback.
• Be thoroughly informed about orders and stock availability, and lead hands-on, timely, and efficient deliveries along with satisfactory customer service.
• Verify daily fuel costs and transactions and ensure proper documentation related to them.
• Ensure the required productivity of delivery vans.
• Handle and coordinate customer complaints regarding delivery issues.
• Promote the products and sales of own-brand products.
• Address customer complaints to understand customers’ needs and expectations and propose solutions.
• Coach and train team members on existing and new concepts, technology, and functionality to support the successful achievement of the team’s functional objectives and enhance their technical skills and positive attitude.
• Monitor the performance of all team members to identify gaps between expected and actual productivity.
• Review and approve all operational activities of team members, including Pickers, Loaders, and Delivery Boys.
• Ensure that each team member adheres to the policies and procedures announced by management.
