Job summary

METRO Pakistan (Pvt) Limited is seeking a detail-oriented delivery supervisor to manage customer deliveries, ensure quantity accuracy and product specifications, and maintain stock levels across centers in Lahore, Karachi, Multan, Islamabad and Faisalabad.

You will coordinate with the Call Centre for substitutes during shortages, oversee route planning, monitor KPIs like order accuracy and delivery timeliness, and prepare regular reports while ensuring QA standards and SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized institution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize customer deliveries with accuracy in quantity and specifications.
• Ensure product availability for customers and, in case of shortages, offer suitable substitutes through the Call Centre while coordinating directly with customers.
• Oversee route planning and ensure delivery documents are handed over to delivery staff.
• Handle customer complaints related to delivery issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain adequate stock levels and closely monitor promotional items.
• Monitor team performance to identify gaps between expected and actual productivity.
• Ensure products are handled in accordance with QA quality standards and SOPs.
• Ensure all team members comply with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, deliveries, customer feedback, and stock status.
• Track KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery timeliness, and customer satisfaction, and recommend process improvements.
