A leading broadband satellite operator in Pakistan is seeking an experienced Retail & Channel Business Development Manager to spearhead retail growth and terminal activations. The successful candidate will manage distributor networks and collaborate closely with ISP partners, ensuring compliance with local regulations while driving revenue growth. With a strong focus on training and partner engagement, the role demands excellent business development experience and fluency in Urdu and English. This position includes extensive travel across Pakistan to underserved regions.

Formación

• 5+ years in Business Development or Channel Sales, preferably in Telecom or Satellite sectors.
• Strong understanding of Pakistan’s rural connectivity landscape.
• Experience with PTA or telecom regulatory frameworks is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Drive activation growth of new site activations across Pakistan.
• Manage revenue accountability and ensure cash collection from partners.
• Coordinate and lead regular partner sales meetings.
• Support ongoing coordination with the PTA for compliance.
