Qualifikationen

• B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture / MBA in Sales & Marketing required.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant Agri sales experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

• Lead and develop Territory Sales Officers to maximize regional sales.
• Plan, forecast, and set targets with TSOs across 5–6 territories.
• Monitor KPIs and drive dealer strategies to achieve targets.
