Job summary

WORK is seeking a dynamic Sales Training Lead to develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing sales training for outbound call centre teams in the Pakistan market. You will design programs, coach agents, and ensure compliance with campaign standards.

You will collaborate with Operations, QA, and Management to boost performance, monitor live interactions, and create relevant training materials and role-play exercises. Strong coaching and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Training & Development.
• Proven experience training sales agents in a BPO/Call Centre environment.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an outbound BPO/Call Centre environment.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to create impactful training content and improve agent performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging onboarding and sales training programs.
• Train agents on sales techniques, objection handling, and compliance.
• Conduct live call monitoring, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, scripts, and role-play exercises.
• Collaborate with Operations, QA, and Management to improve campaign performance.
• Track training effectiveness and provide performance reports.
