Job summary

Opperate is seeking an experienced sales leader to coach SDRs and BDRs, drive outbound campaigns, and optimize CRM-driven performance. You will mentor, run call reviews, and report KPIs to managers. This remote role requires US business hours and strong English communication.

You will lead by example, share proven strategies, and help the team generate high-quality meetings and pipeline opportunities while achieving individual and team targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS/tech/outbound).
• Proven success in cold calling, prospecting, and generating qualified meetings.
• Experience mentoring/coaching sales professionals.
• Strong spoken and written English for US-based prospects.
• Understanding of sales KPIs, pipeline generation, and CRM tools.
• Ability to balance personal targets with coaching responsibilities.
• Willingness to work US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and follow-ups.
• Generate qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities while meeting targets.
• Coach SDRs/BDRs on prospecting, qualification, and objection handling.
• Conduct call reviews, role-plays, and feedback discussions.
• Support onboarding and ongoing development for new hires.
• Lead by example and share successful sales strategies with the team.
• Monitor KPIs and maintain CRM accuracy.
• Recommend improvements to outreach strategies and processes.
