The CRM Specialist plays a critical role in creating conversion-optimized funnels, integrating systems, and supporting the delivery of high-quality marketing services to painting company clients.

About the Role

As a CRM Specialist, you will collaborate with account management and client servicing teams to deliver high-performing CRM solutions. You will create and optimize lead funnels, automations, and workflows primarily using Go High Level, troubleshoot complex CRM issues, and document processes for team training. This is a full-time remote position aligned with US Eastern Standard Time (EST).
