Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales operations, sales coordination, or similar roles.
• Proven ownership of a workflow, pipeline process, or operational system.

Aufgaben

• Daily sales operations oversight to maintain a clear, accurate pipeline picture.
• Maintain reliable CRM records: deal stages, ownership, tasks, dates, notes, sources.
• Convert meetings and updates into structured action logs with owners and deadlines.
• Prepare weekly pipeline and activity reports with benchmarks and data gaps explained.
• Coordinate inputs and handoffs between Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and other departments.
• Help establish and improve CRM, Deals, Tasks, and follow-through procedures for adoption.
• Organize coaching evidence, objections, and call-review findings for leadership decisions.
• Capture workflows, reporting definitions, and transition knowledge in a structured way.
• Identify overdue follow-ups, broken handoffs, unclear ownership, or process risks and escalate.
• Use AI tools to summarize notes and organize information, while fact-checking outputs.
