Job summary

Qualifications

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Manager role based in Karāchi. The Sales Marketing Manager will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the company’s pharmaceutical plastic packaging products, expand market reach, and achieve revenue targets. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, preparing and presenting product proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, conducting competitor and market analysis, and collaborating with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The Sales Marketing Manager will also monitor sales performance, prepare periodic reports, and provide input to senior management on pricing, product positioning, and brand development.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and contract negotiation.
• Marketing strategy and planning capabilities, with experience in product positioning, branding, and campaign management.
• Analytical skills for market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
