Mustakbil.Com is seeking a Marketing Manager in Islamabad to lead integrated marketing initiatives for an information services business serving the Pakistan market. This role will shape brand visibility, strengthen customer acquisition, and improve engagement across digital and offline channels. The manager will collaborate with leadership, sales, product, and content teams to turn business objectives into measurable marketing programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with company growth goals.
• Plan campaigns across search, social media, email, content, partnerships, and other relevant channels.
• Manage campaign calendars, budgets, agencies, and external partners while maintaining brand consistency.
• Monitor acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention metrics and present actionable performance reports.
• Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to identify opportunities for positioning and growth.
• Guide content development, promotional messaging, and marketing communications for products and services.
• Coordinate with sales and product teams to improve lead quality, customer journeys, and campaign outcomes.
• Coach team members and establish practical processes for planning.

Job Specification

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, social media, email marketing, search, and performance campaigns.
• Proven ability to create marketing plans, channel strategies, budgets, timelines, and measurable KPIs.
