Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry, watches, or luxury goods.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse customers.
• Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about gemstones, metals, and jewelry care.
• Ability to meet sales targets, perform suggestive selling, and close transactions confidently.
• Experience handling cash, card terminals, and basic POS systems.
• Attention to detail for inventory tracking, display upkeep, and high‑value items security.
• Professional appearance, trustworthiness, and adherence to loss‑prevention policies.
• Basic numeracy for pricing, discounts, and invoicing.
