Job summary

Walkeaze, a women’s footwear brand in Pakistan, seeks a dependable Stock Boy for our Lahore store to support inventory operations, receiving, organization, and movement of stock between floor and storeroom.

The role reports to the Store Supervisor and collaborates with sales associates, visual merchandisers, and inventory staff to maintain product availability and accurate stock records, supporting loss prevention and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Secondary school certificate or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred; on-the-job inventory experience considered.
• Physical stamina to lift and move boxes and stand for long periods.
• Inventory handling: receiving, unpacking, tagging, stock rotation, and replenishment procedures.
• Familiarity with SKU/size organization and basic product handling to avoid damage.
• Basic numeracy for counting and verifying shipments and stock levels.
• Attention to detail for identifying damaged items and recording discrepancies.
• Communication and teamwork to coordinate with sales associates and supervisors.
• Reliability: time management, punctuality, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable using handheld devices or store systems for scanning/recording stock (training provided if needed).

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming deliveries, verify items against shipping documents, and report discrepancies.
• Unload, unpack, inspect footwear shipments for damage or defects, and tag items as instructed.
• Organize storeroom by SKU, size, style, and season to maintain easy retrieval and minimize damage.
• Replenish store displays and shelves promptly, following visual merchandising guidelines.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist in scheduled inventory audits; update stock records accurately.
• Rotate stock to ensure older inventory is displayed first and perform basic housekeeping to keep storage areas clean and safe.
• Assist customers and sales staff with locating items and retrieving sizes from stock as needed.
