Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, upselling, maintaining displays, handling transactions, and providing after-sales support. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and stock management skills.

Qualifications

• Proven retail or sales experience, preferably in jewellery or related sectors.
• Strong customer service and communication skills to build rapport quickly.
• Basic numeracy and cash-handling accuracy.
• Good visual merchandising sense and attention to detail.
• Able to work under sales targets and adapt to promotions.
• Organizational skills for stock management and daily reporting.
• Professional appearance, reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to lift light packages and move inventory.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess needs, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on jewellery.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and upselling.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards by arranging displays, restocking showcases, and ensuring tags and pricing are accurate.
• Process sales transactions, handle cash and card payments, and prepare daily sales reports.
• Provide after-sales support, explain care instructions, handle returns/exchanges per policy, log feedback.
• Keep inventory records up to date, assist with stock counts, report low stock.
