Job summary

Sales Associate

Our company is a leading retail store in Faisalabad and we are seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining a clean and organized store. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide them with assistance in finding products
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Actively promote and sell products to meet sales targets
• Keep abreast of current promotions and new product releases
• Maintain knowledge of all store products, pricing, and promotions
• Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and stocked on shelves
• Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or sales (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
