Job summary

Navicosoft is expanding its sales team and seeking 2 Sales Executives to drive business for Website Design & Development, Digital Marketing, SaaS and IT services. You will identify opportunities, follow up leads and close deals while building long-term client relationships.

Candidates should have 3+ years in Sales/BD, strong English communication, and a relevant degree. On-site work and travel to client sites are expected as required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in Sales/Business Development.
• Excellent English communication skills—speaking, listening, reading and writing.
• Bachelor's degree or Graduation from a recognized institution.
• An IT/Computer Science academic background will be an added advantage.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Good understanding of digital services and technology.
• Willingness to work on-site and visit clients when required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
• Handle inbound leads and proactively approach potential clients.
• Understand clients' business requirements and recommend suitable digital/IT solutions.
• Sell website design & development, digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SaaS and other IT services.
• Conduct sales calls, online meetings and client presentations.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial discussions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities in CRM.
• Coordinate with technical, design and marketing teams to ensure smooth project handover.
• Attend client meetings/visits when required.
