• 1+ years of experience in business development or IT sales.
• Good understanding of web development, software, SEO and digital marketing services.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and lead generation.
• Ability to communicate confidently with local and international clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, cold outreach, referrals, and other channels.
• Approach potential clients and introduce Berg Media Digital's services professionally.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate digital solutions.
• Arrange and participate in discovery calls and client meetings.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients throughout the sales process.
• Manage leads and opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Work toward monthly lead generation and business development targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Coordinate with development, design, and marketing teams for project estimates and proposals.
• Research international markets, competitors, industries, and potential business opportunities.
