Job summary

Collaborate Solutions Inc. seeks a motivated Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach and lead qualification.

The role requires effective communication, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to pitch the company’s services to potential clients from the DHA Phase 6, Lahore area. The position is full-time and on-site with working hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Strong outbound calling, cold calling, and lead generation skills to engage potential clients.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills to pitch Collaborate Solutions' services professionally.
• Basic understanding of sales processes: qualification, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales activity tracking.
• Experience in US Healthcare, Medical Billing, IT Services, or BPO is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a target-driven mindset, with experience in US Healthcare, Medical Billing, IT Services, or BPO preferred.

• Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore
• Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
• Working Hours: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM
• Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
