Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Master's degree and/or relevant professional certifications preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of banking experience; at least 1 year in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Divisional Head’s calendar, daily office operations, and correspondence with confidentiality.
• Prepare, track, and file approval notes, memos, and regulatory documents for timely approvals.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for divisional records.
• Coordinate staff logistics, including IT equipment, stationery, seating, and meetings.
• Track, reconcile, and report divisional expenses per budgets and policies.
• Support recruitment processes and maintain attendance, leave balances, and performance records.
• Coordinate with Head Office secretariats and external stakeholders for senior management.
• Collaborate with executive offices to ensure smooth administrative operations.
• Perform additional duties as directed by supervisor(s).
